Individual or Coach
Individual services are geared towards the unique experience of a single athlete or coach. This service offers an assessment of strengths, growth areas, current problems, and goals. A tailored Mental Skills Training Plan is developed based on the assessment. Specific interventions will be outlines as skill domains for the course of the training plan. The individual will meet with a skills trainer 1:1 for education, skills acquisition, and skills practice sessions. Ending session may include follow up assessments and measures based on the problems and goals developed during the initial session. The training will end with follow up rec recommendations for the individual.
Team or Group
Team or group sessions begin with an initial contact with the administrator/leader/coach to assess the needs of the group, problem areas, and goals. A Mental Skills Training plan will be developed and specific skills outlined for each of the problem areas and goals. Sessions will consist of the whole group or team in each session with one skills trainer. These sessions will integrate phases of education, skills acquisition, and practice as well. Sessions may integrate hands on practice in the group setting as well.
Workshop
Workshops and presentations are geared towards organizations or groups to provide basic education on mental skills and the benefits that mental skills can provide to the organization or group. There is less focus on specific skills acquisition, as this is typically a single presentation/workshop or two in special circumstances. On overview of common skills may be provided in this workshop or service. Presentations and services are highly tailored to the needs of the organization.
